VIP Time: 1500% ROAS
Built the entire commercial engine from scratch — store, product photography, Meta + Google ad stack, and operational workflow — and held a 1500% ROAS, the highest sustained return in my portfolio.
The Challenge
What we walked into.
VIP Time was selling primarily through Instagram DMs. There was no storefront, no structured catalog, no analytics, and no product photography pipeline — every listing was a different photographer, light, and angle. Ad spend was being lit on money: clicks landed on a Linktree, which landed on a DM, which sometimes resulted in a sale days later. There was no way to attribute revenue, no way to scale, and no way to operate.
The Approach
How we engineered the outcome.
Stood up the full storefront
Built the e-commerce front from scratch — catalog, PDP, checkout, payment, shipping — structured by buying intent (not by collection). Analytics and pixel events wired in from day one.
Ran product photography in-house
Booked sessions, directed shoots, and built a consistent visual identity across the whole catalog. Every new SKU now ships with a tested asset pack ready for Meta and Google placements.
Built the performance marketing stack
Meta + Google campaigns running against server-side purchase events, with creative tested weekly on the same product against the same audience. No vanity metrics — only attributed revenue counted.
Hardened the operational workflow
Order routing, packing slips, courier handoff, and customer comms all formalized. The 24-hour dispatch SLA became part of the brand promise the ads sell against.

The Outcome
What changed.
ROAS settled at 1500% and held — the highest sustained number in my book. Beyond the headline metric, VIP Time gained something more valuable: a repeatable system. New SKUs onboard the same way, get the same photography treatment, get tested with the same media protocol, and ship within 24 hours. The store is no longer a dependency — it's the engine.

If your stack feels held together with tape and your ad spend isn't compounding, let's talk about engineering it properly.
