Jobedu: 10× ROI · 80% Automated
Took a Shopify consulting brief and stretched it across the whole revenue stack — checkout flow, shipping renegotiation, factory SOPs, and a Google Ads program rebuilt against revenue (not clicks) — landing a 10× return on paid spend and ~80% workflow automation.
The Challenge
What we walked into.
Jobedu came in with a Shopify question, but the bottleneck wasn't Shopify. The checkout converted poorly, shipping costs were quietly eating margin, and the factory ran on hand-written notes and group chat. Google Ads were attributed to clicks, not orders fulfilled, so the team was scaling spend on traffic that didn't necessarily turn into revenue.
The Approach
How we engineered the outcome.
Rebuilt the customer journey
Homepage → PDP → checkout reworked with conversion-rate engineering: simplified flow, social proof at decision points, and trust signals where they matter.
Renegotiated shipping carriers
Audited carrier contracts, ran the actual order mix through alternative pricing models, and renegotiated rates. Same service, lower per-order cost.
Wrote factory SOPs and automated ~80% of workflow
Mapped every step from order received → packed → shipped, wrote SOPs the team actually follows, and automated the connective tissue between Shopify, warehouse, and the courier.
Rebuilt Google Ads around revenue
Reset campaigns to optimize on attributed revenue, not click-through. Re-allocated budget to the products and search terms that produced fulfilled orders — landing a 10× return.

The Outcome
What changed.
Paid spend on Google returned roughly 10×, the factory floor became ~80% automated end-to-end, and shipping costs settled at a noticeably lower per-order baseline. The operations director quote — "we hired a marketer, we got an engineering team" — captures the actual shape of the engagement.
